It has become a bit of a habit that every single game is compared to COD as a reference and the term "COD-Players" is used as a stigma. I don't think that we should compare a genuinely different game to the "Sheep Mentality" of people who buy every single COD Title just because it got the name of the franchise on the case. They are all created by different companies and while Treyarch delivers immense quality with Black Ops Infinity Ward or Sledgehammer did not. To me the term "COD games" lack the difference these games deliver comparing it with a FPS/MMO mix seems wrong to me. Destiny is much more than a shooter even when you basically shoot all the time.
