Make the skills different than skills on armor. Make the class item skills random. Make the pool of random class skills enormous. Give the class items their own back story/lore and allow players to chose multiple paths to go down. This will make the classes unique beyond super abilities and give the players a way of creating their own unique characters. Why work for a class item that is only vanity gear?
