Cryptarch Package nerfed? Or just plain old back luck?
So, my Trollar-... Er, Cryptarch, is currently Level 34. As you all know (Or should, by this point), when you level up the Cryptarch past a certain level (5 or 6, I believe), you get a Cryptarch Package, which holds Blue and/or Legendary Engrams. The last time I actually got a Legendary was at level 21. That was 13 levels and 39000 reputation ago. So, did the Cryptarch Packages get a nerf to their Legendary chance, or is my luck just really, really bad?

1 Rispondidefinitely nerfed. The called "legendary" packages handing out rare engrams. we've trade one problem for another, before at least the legendary packages earned their title it was the cryptarch that was broken. Hopefully they'll fix this as fast as they fixed the cyrptarch
