Bringing customization and uniqueness back to destiny
I've been thinking about the customization in destiny and also the relation of getting to rank 30 as it stands the only way rank 30 is achieved is either by wearing an exotic armor and 3 raid gear pieces or by just wearing full raid gear now with this in mind i remembered you guys making a big deal about how we as players will be able to make our characters unique witch is impossible with the way is now due to lack of lvl 30 gear so to bring back some uniqueness i thought that if an armor piece that's max upgrade doesn't reach 30 light (equivalent to raid quality) that instead of being finish the player would get a lvl up bar kind of like for motes of light but for light increase in the armor this will bring that uniqueness that you and all the other players would want but not make it easier then getting raid gear

To me the single biggest bummer regarding the loot in Destiny is the embarrassing lack of variety. We all look the -blam!-ing same! How am I supposed to feel like a special flower?! In all seriousness though it's lame as -blam!- that so little customization or differentiation exists in Destiny. It's completely superficial and non gameplay relevant yet such a big part of role playing games in general.
