Do you workout?

If you do, what is your typical routine? Do you do conditioning or strength workouts? I won't go into detail with mine, but I alternate everyday between upper body and legs (all strength), along with a little ab workout everyday. Edit: I stopped doing cardio/conditioning back in February after basketball season. Because I knew that I wasn't making Varsity, didn't see a point. Yes, I know conditioning is very important for one's physical health. No, I don't care anymore now that I don't have a short bald guy yelling at me to run 17's in under a minute every 5 minutes.
