We do the same to our pocket sized criminals. "Bob" as you call him, has to be one of the worse criminals to ever exist. Regardless of how many hundreds of times that he hacked a specific door/terminal, he manages to trip an alarm every single time.

I call him Peter or Tyrion... depends and berate him endlessly for taking so long to hack into terminals we have hacked into 100 times before.
