posted this well over a month ago. im on the PS3.. first exotic i ever got to drop was the Universal Remote shotgun. ive had it upgraded with ALL of its abilities unlocked save the acendant damage upgrades. ive seen how its meant to work in youtube videos... ive had friends conform it works fine in the ps4 version. yet.. the ones we have on PS3. even with all abilities unlocked... does NOT work as intended it gets the large precision damage boost when aiming down the sights.. but range is NOT boosted. after about 10-15 feet the damage falloff becomes nill and it wont even splatter bullet patterns on walls. even at this paltry range.. the same range as other RARE shotguns... its only doing about 1-7 damage a pellet i ask again PLEASE look into this. pn a fat style PS3 with a replaced 500gb HDD.. playing on digital guardian edition downloaded from the PSN.
