2 RisposteThorn is amazing on a Hunter but only a Hunter. With the stacking reload speed it's an amazing gun. But I can't use it on my warlock or titan since its so frustrating with the huge reload. The penetrating bullets is sick and the huge precision damage area is amazing but without a buff to mag size or reload speed/damage of dot to make up for such sluggish reload its not my go to wep for anything bar Hunter.
