It should be fine if you have the right stuff to record with. Since you bought a legal copy of destiny you get a certain amount of copyright permissions. So as long as your videos are good with youtube, you should be fine. I know it says you have to own all the rights to your content, but buying the game technically gives you all the legal permissions you need. I am also a youtuber by the way, so as far as i know you should be good to go! I think its one of the exceptions of the EULA, saying that youtube is the only way to make money from the company's game. Im fairly sure this applies to all games.
