Ever since it was confirmed that there wouldn't be split-screen in Destiny, I became a little mad. Why? Because for me, split-screen is the funnest way to play a video game. Sure it's nice playing with friends online, but it's just not the same. And before any of you rich pricks tell me to spend $1000+ to buy another T.V., console, and game copy just so I could play side-by-side with my brother or a friend, I'm not doing it. I've got better things to spend my money on. And now that the game is out, I figured that Destiny would make a perfect split-screen game. It is meant to be a cooperative game and there is no good reason not to add it in. It is an optional feature and will not affect those who don't use it at all. Even Bungie's Marathon had split-screen, so it wouldn't be that hard to add in. Now, what do you guys think? Wouldn't Destiny be better with this [u]optional[/u] feature? If you think it shouldn't have been added, then I [i]dare[/i] you to give me a good reason why not.
