I love them both. In all honesty I had higher expectations for P&T. The lack of any real recoil is awesome, and the scope rocks (better zoom than Icebreaker), but the "patience and time" unlock kinda killed the gun for me when I unlocked it. I was expecting an unlimited invisibility buff (until a round was fired) right now, it's just like me using blade dancer, except as soon as I de scope, I lose the buff. Kinda put me off the gun.
I am of course speaking from a purely PvE use for the gun.
One gripe I have with games these days, is radar in PvP. Honestly, it's the ONE thing I'd kill with fire.

Maybe they can add a little extra time in PvE and keep it as is in Crucible.

The invisibility buff is more useful in pve than pvp, but it can't be unlimited, or else it'd be a little broken

Yeah, I guess. It's just the way it's worded on the unlock, kinda mislead me a little. As is, I don't think the buff lasts long enough. Still love the gun though.

Isn't it 11 seconds? In pvp that's enough time to get a kill or two, and in pve, you could unload a full clip

Modificato da NeXuS: 10/12/2014 9:43:38 PMThe buff is gone as soon as you fire though, and it also disappears as soon as soon as you de-scope. It's really only good at giving you a little edge when aiming your first round. It takes a few seconds after you zoom in before the buff activates.

Invisibility is always good though, and it'd be pretty good if you could chain it with bladedancers stealth
