My Patience and Time laughs at your Icebreaker.
Although I have both, its still laughing at you subhuman plebeians that do not have Patience and Time.
Those of you with Patience and Time, like myself, this is your moment to bask in the glory of your superiority.

If you check my profile you'll see Ive been using Icebreaker the whole time and think both weapons are just fine.

I will admit it's a decent choice in PvE for it's stability, but the actual invisibility perk is horrible with its 3 second delay and it still shows a big red light in PvP so the perk is worthless. Icebreaker does more damage, has the highest range of any sniper, allowing for minimal damage falloff, can explode a target, damaging or killing other foes around him, and unlimited ammo is the greatest thing to have during any juggler debug activity or the nightfall in general.
