Warlock exotic helmet "Light Beyond Nemesis" melee speed upgrade not working
As the title says, the upgrade for increased melee attack speed isn't working. Other itmes seem to have this problem as well, but I can only personally confirm the issue with this specific exotic.

I've tested it, and agree, the melee attack speed for Light Beyond Nemesis isn't being increased as it should.
