This new update that makes engrams the same quality as the item you get is complete B.S.
YEAH...you may have an opportunity at good items but wtf I'm level 41 crytarch and I haven't gotten ANY legendary engrams as a reward for leveling up since the update and I never see purples drop for shit anymore. THE F*CK bungie..
