OP makes a valid point, but don't blame players for skipping some parts. A lot of people (myself included) are beyond tired of the same strike missions...it's past time for new strikes. Bungie should really consider giving us something new before the DLC. Also, most don't see the amount of legendary drops that you do. I do strikes for Vanguard marks/points, and for blue engrams that I can use to level up Cryptodouche, which gets me a package that might get me a legendary item, but usually gets me coins, light, or energy/shards.
