Let them rush forward and kill everything everyone has the same chance to obtain loot anyways :p

You only get a chance at a loot drop or even ammo drop if you're within a close vicinity of the person that gets the kill. Even when doing the boss if you're standing on one side of the area and they're over on the other you won't get anything from the enemies they kill.
