I stopped reading when you said trading would make everything better.
Read D3 forums on the auction house.
Prime example how a great game was almost ruined from one feature.
Keep grinding away and you'll get thy Green Item your heart desires.

Ha I played vanguard tiger alllllll day yesterday. Leveled up cryptarch 4 or 5x. Not one single legendary drop nor a legendary from leveling up the cryptarch!!

I noticed that the cryptarch stopped giving so many legendary engrams in the mail about the time that the loot cave was shut down... "If you can't do it the right way you can't do it at all"?

There is no "grind". Simply luck.

Luck comes into effect after the grind of running things to get the loot to drop. So there very much is a grind.

So how do you explain running Tiger strikes for 4 hours and only getting one legendary? Any other games a grinding for 4 hours straight would give you SOMETHING worth having. Not the same legendary shotgun.

Did you not have to grind for 4 hours to get that legendary? The RNG gives you the same shotgun (sucks, I have had it happen too) but the grind for the loot to drop is real. Also doing those strikes for 4 hours surely netted you some marks, which you can go to a vanguard npc and buy the legendary that you want. Which is again grinding for marks. I see what you're saying, however the grind is still there, RNG can shit on it, but it still exists.
