Maybe some people like to race to the end and see how how fast they can kill the boss. You are the one who needs to listen to your own advice and don't be that guy. Who cares if they race to the kill your mobs like you want to and then start of with a new strike when the boss dies. Its a lot easier to not worry about how others play.
