While his tone may be a bit immature, his point is valid none the less. I also don't believe he is being anymore pedantic than the original poster.

Not really. The OP is making a valid point. There are others who play this game that do not wish to rush through the strikes, but end up getting screwed by the ones who do. Other people play this game, which is a fact lost on quite a few people.
