I cap my Vanguard Marks just by doing the Weekly 28, Nightfall, Heroic Story 28 and the Public Events I find doing bounties. 25 reputation for a 15 minute Strike is nothing. A single kill the target patrol mission is worth 20 and takes 3-4 minutes depending on how far away the target is. You can get more rep in that time doing the 10 rep patrol missions. EDIT: Also, the loot roll odds at the end aren't THAT bad. So there are pros and cons to skipping the mobs. If someone wants to go fast, I'll go fast. Who cares. xD
