Rep is a bonus. He listed many other pros towards doing strikes quickly instead of just gaining rep.

Yes because not wanting to do the same strikes repeatedly as slowly is wanting "instant gratification". Maybe if these strikes were designed better people wouldn't run through them.

Already enjoyed all the strikes at a slow pace a few times at a lower level. No need to keep sitting back.
