This one aspect of the game is probably what frustrates me the most. There is nothing worse than spending 20 minutes designing a character only to find out 20 minutes later, after you get through the first part of the game, that your character actually looks terrible. Why can't there be a simple rotation in the character creation screen? That would save so many people from frustrations down the road. On top of that, say you did make a good looking character, but decide later that you wish you would have chose a different hairstyle or color - I would pay real money just to have the ability to change my character after it has been created. It is just frustrating for those of us who really enjoy the customization options. I really like my characters to have depth and character. Please Bungie? Please?
