I see people kwyin (that's cryin without the tears in case u don't know) bout exotics whether they have played and haven't gotten any or the way people buy them/get them. I guess I've been lucky. But I have 117hrs played and have had an exotic weapon for over a week. I have now done all three vanguard missives for all 3 available that way. Bought the suros and an engram from xur got the helm he had the previous week from the engram (prolly luck). But not to the kwyin. I make a fervent effort to do all the bounties I can every day and I always do 75% at least. So I believe that is the reason I've gotten the missives so frequently. Everyone has the same choice to buy from xur so if u play the modes bungie tries to promote ie raids, weekly, daily, daily crucible u can get currency/better gear. Kids wanted to farm the cave for 75hrs and kwy bc they don't have exotics. Or jus play the crucible. In closing if u play the game one dimensionally u will limit yourself to only one venue for rewards. If u play this vast game fully in each element u will b eligible for rewards in all the areas available. And in a game where rewards r completely random I would think logic would say the more chances u have the more of a chance u have to actually get something. Jus my opinion and advice.
