Who do the vex pray to?
What are the cabal.running from? The darkness or any other alien force ?

The vex pray to no one. They are robots linked to the mind of AI or something that controls all of them. The cabal are running from no one. They are a military bent imperialism. They will conquer every planet in their way till thee emperor is satisfied

What if he's like dictator of that of Stalin or Hitler? And that emperor wants to control every planet. Also the Vex weren't praying. What they were doing at the Black Garden I do not know

why would the be afraid of their emperor? they are a united empire. and there are supposed to be more of them coming. also who is worse the cabals emperor or the darkness? if the emperor is coming after them then we are screwed because he must be very powerful. what if its not their emperor they are running from? what its something else ? what were the vex doing then in the black garden ? looked like they were praying.

I can't explain why they'd be afraid of their own emperor. What if he's vile they fear him and do what he asks out of fear. Maybe they are united through fear? Unity through fear is powerful. The darkness is more evil. The emperor can be consumed by darkness. But the darkness can't be consumed by the cabal

I see but what of the emperor has away to fight the darkness? I have seen that the cabal are all rhinos. The emperor could be just as strong as the darkness. Who would the cabal fear more the emperor or the darkness?

Yep. But again the cabal are not a threat. Nor the fallen, hive or vex. The darkness is the real threat. If the emperor is coming then it will be a cake walk to kill him compared to the darkness.
