If u use a shotty and time it right, turns into an automatic kill for u. Just like old halo days with swors being countered by shotty then as well

Unless the shotgun has range buffs, it's gonna be a kill trade. That's the state of the net code right now. Though I did recently get Invective, and being able to double tap helps. Still gets a trade more than it should. (Any at all is too many.)

The reason they can move at odd angles is most likely the second jump ability which let's you change direction in mid air.

I'm not talking about mid-air with regards to angles.
