Blink Strike, Fast Twitch, Strength
How exactly do these three work together? I know Fast Twitch reduces the cooldown of Blink Strike to 5 seconds, but does that completely negate the effect of strength then or does it further reduce that 5 second cooldown? I wonder because it looks like all the Vanguard and Crucible purchasable legendaries come with either Intellect and Strength or Discipline and Strength. Which makes me wonder if Fast Twitch is even worth it at all with the Strength you will inevitably get from the legendary armor pieces.

It does but not by much. I got it down to 4 seconds and my intellect is only at 15% now. It aint that much 1 second but is helpful when you can get the gear that melee kills regenerate grenade energy and that grenade kills regenerate your super. I got my Strength and Discipline over 65% so my grenade cools down pretty fast as well.
