Ah yes let's nerf the "tank" class that is slower than everyone else and receives no actual "tanking" abilities. Makes sense.

Let's nerf the slowest class with no tanking skills by nerfing its only decent abilities into the ground so that it has the worst melee, worst agility, worst grenades and worst Super in non-Control/Salvage modes, all at once. Sounds balanced.
