Matchmaking for endgame content
Dad-of-3 lvl.27Guardian here--how about a matchmaking option in-game for those of us whose friends are not leveling up at an acceptable rate and don't want to go looking on forums for partners or asking random players? I'd love to be able to do nightfall strikes & raid but I don't like the hassle of talking to strangers to set up gigs, nor should I have to worry about that type of social aspect just to do endgame content I paid for. I'd love to be able to pug a nightfall strike raid. Just sayin.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the raid can't be done without communication and the total blending of a team. Everyone needs mics, you need to really work together and matchmaking wouldn't be able to put you with competent people. Matchmaking is just playing with random people you didn't work to find yourself. I didn't have anyone either but I used the forum and got some randomers who I'm now very good friends with and we even developed a clan around it. I wish you luck and hope you find a solution to your problem.
