Should of rephrased that and used better grammar. What hand cannon and sniper rifle pairing is the best combo?

Oh. Well I don't snipe though so I can't recommend a good sniper but I'd imagine look for a hand cannon that has "Quickdraw" as an ability. It'll allow you to swap to your hand cannon faster
