Resource bonus not working
I've recently unlocked the bonus for completing 50 VIP patrol missions, but I have yet to receive any resources as a bonus reward for completing patrol missions, and I've done quite a few. I could use some assistance in this matter. Thank you in advance.
*With the release of patch 1.0.2 the grimoire has been updated. With that update the resource bonus from the card has been removed. So in a way that answers that question. Thank you all for your input and help.*

I saw somebody say it could be the random reward chance for doing public events (If you didnt know, you have a chance of getting upgrade material/mote/strange coins when getting gold on PE's, but its a fairly low chance and there could be a cap on how many you get per day) This could increase the cap or just make it more likely you'll get something from those. Actually now that I think about it, me and my friend were playing last night and had just got this same bonus finished and I got a shard and an energy from 1 PE. So maybe it gives an additional item drop roll?
