Light Leveling Limits Customization
So as you all know, as soon as you get gear with more light, be it Rare, Legendary, Raid Armor, or Exotic, you need to equip and upgrade it to level up. The only way to get to the maximum rank, 30, is to have a set of Raid gear (fully upgraded), and one Exotic armor piece (Optional). How will we get to choose what we look like in the end-game? Don't get me wrong, I like some of the Raid armor, but maybe not everyone does. Is there something I'm missing? Open for discussion.

4 RisposteI agree to a point. Personally, I dislike the raid gear for the hunter. Shoulder pad is too big and bulky and chest piece doesn't look right. Legs look fine. I'm fine with just being a level 29 at one point, but I feel like we should be able to reach 30 without raid gear. Maybe have an option to break down raid gear into a super special material to upgrade the corresponding armor piece to raid status. That way, we still have to go through the effort of getting the gear, but have the choice to use the armor we like :)
