I'm 41, I've been married for 10 years and I have a 5 year old daughter, a 7 year old son and a 9 year old son, plus a full time job and a wife. All in all, I've been playing games on electronic devices for 31 years. Currently Destiny is my drug of choice, I've reached level 20 2 days ago and I still see plenty of content in the game to last me for months. I can only play a hour or two a day, so games tend to last long. Destiny is great, I can play it as long as I want (no need to spend 5 hours going through a dungeon) and resume the next day. I've been doing some of the 20/30 minutes missions across a day or two because I simply cannot spend a full hour playing, after 15/20 minutes there goes a kid wanting something, or a wife, or a neighbour, or whatever. Once I'm truly done with destiny I might even let my kids play it. ;)
