We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know.
That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates.

[/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors.
We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

XBOX ONE-NinoNino3000 fix this today or i am selling my game. had this nonsense for 2 weeks....open my ports.... and same issues where 4 of my friends play with no issues. any other xbox one game online for me has been fine!

Same issues as everyone else since last few updates. Do I really need to list all the issues before you fix them??? Just read all the post and I am having the same!!! Things getting worse with each new update. I hope this is not a sign of things to come. I wish I had not even got the game. I will not recommend to any friends or be getting any expansion packs till my issues are fixed. Fix them soon or lose us forever! COD Advance Warfare will be out soon and these issues will not bother me or my friends as bad... other than the $60 that we all spent on this game. Buyer beware of problems before your purchase!!! Bungee please fix your problems.... and mine too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Psn: MotionFrenzY Spend the last 4 days tryna do vault of glass, finally beat it and the timer stopped at 0 on mission complete countdown. Yay for no loot or even shards..not everyone has the time to find 6 people around work etc. I'm scared to even try the vault of glass again until mentioned fixed

Not sure if this is what you mean but i had just gotten exotic helmets for my warlock and hunter and the red death yesterday, i had the god of war shader and the red death.
