Is it risky to buy the Exotic Chest Ingram from Xur?
Will purchasing it give you an exotic ingram, what I really dislike about finding rare and legendary Ingrams is when they transform into weaker items, from legendary to rare, or rare to uncommon. Does the same hold true for an Exotic Chest Ingram purchased from Xur?
