Bungie said, "Voice communication is the easy answer, but existing voice paradigms, including those in our own Halo games, have not done enough to protect players from abusive griefing from a minority of players." But you do have an option: Allow us to mute and report players we don't like. It is so frustrating to walk around in a silent world, and not be able to talk to people I run into while patrolling (and my team, but that's supposedly getting fixed). So Bungie, PLEASE allow us proximity voice chat! Just let us mute players we don't like! It will make the game the vibrant world you envisioned. I think most of us share this desire. Don't let a small minority of players ruin the game for the world. I think this is the most important feedback you are getting, and will continue to get. Thank you, a fan.
