in the very beginning of halo reach, i think its june who says "welcome to reach" this confused me because i thought the spartan program was held on reach and reach alone. so basically all the Spartans were raised there right ? since they were taken at about 6-9 june would know this from being a spartan too, so why would he welcome someone to a planet they were raised on?
