Two problems-
1- None of the early items that I'm supposed to have access to is available. I bought the digital guardian edition from the PS4 network and 2- How come every time I get legendary armor it decrypts blue instead of purple? I should have legendary boots and a cape, but it's not decrypting properly.

1 if you mean the vanguard armory you have to farm them, if you mean the weapons there is a vendor at the town And 2 that's just luck...I had many purple ones and only got blue or green stuff or even coins but never purple so that's normal
