Anyone know of the most accurate scout rifles, and where they are obtained? Anyone have an idea of which faction (including Vanguard) I should increase my rep in if I'm going for these? And something I'd like to know most of all: [b]Is anyone aware of a scout rifle that has a bonus to it's hip-fire accuracy? Or even one that increases accuracy the longer it's fired?[/b]
