Cross-platform play - How much would you pay for it? - Estimates
Considering the estimate lifetime of Destiny, cross-platfrom play is inevitable, it is only a question of when.
I'd like to be able to sit down at any plaform, login and have my guardian available. The guardian attributes are just a record in a database.
Note: Polls only allow for seven options, which is reason for split.
So this poll is to collect information as to how much the community would be willing to pay to have this cross-platform support.
To keep comparison simple this poll assumes you have already purchased a copy of Destiny and this would be additional money you would be willing to part with to have this feature.
Personally, I would be happy to pay an extra $100USD to be able to play Destiny on the four current platforms and any future (PC Windows, PC Linux / Steam box, Mobile etc..) platforms.

Although I don't imagine Sony and Microsoft play well enough together to make this happen, you never know. At first, I thought, who really needs this? But the more I thought about it the more I realized that it might be an awesome service if people could own a digital copy that would be playable on both systems, with persistent data across the two platforms. Obviously, Bungie might not like the idea of people playing on both with a single copy, which is where some cost might come in. But I would think that as a service to players, giving them a deal on a copy for each console might be a nice gesture.

It's not a matter of how much WE would pay, it's matter of how much money Microsoft and Sony would pay. Being the cheap bastards they are, it's not gonna happen anytime soon
