Reef is home to the true awoken. Who look down upon earth awoken. They are allied with one more sects of the fallen as well. The reef has bounties issues by the reef queen. An awoken female. It is speculated the reef will be another HUB of vendors and such. But we have no xonfirmation on details.
One things for sure. Its gonna be important to the story of Destiny.

I actually got a ligit reply on that thanks. I'm a little curious on what your source is. It's not that I doubt you I just been watching Destiny like a hawk and never heard this yet.
