I got to check out kings watch as well. I also got into the vault at the bottom of one of the wreaked shipping freighter. Had to glitch through the vault door that was protected by (3) level ??? Hallowed knights. Once through the vault door you got into a pretty big underground facility that I thought could where the last Warmind Rasputin is, but that is just a theory. It may be something completely different.
