Basically this is saying should hand cannons be allowed to be dual wielded since i cant think of any other weapon that would make sense to dual wield. I was just thinking how inferior hand cannons are to scout rifles in the semi-auto department(rate of fire, range, mag size, reload speed, center speed) and then i thought dual hand cannons may not be too over powered especially if they made it so some hand cannons were too high a caliber to be dual wielded or maybe make it an upgrade on some hand cannons. I really hope this isnt already a thing i'd feel very silly
