Civilization: do you move your Settler?
When you start a game, do you try to find a better hex for your capital city or stick with the one the game gives you? If you do move, what are you looking for (river, coast, resources)?

I move it on the randomly generated maps, but for maps of the world/Europe I keep my settler in the starting position, since that's where that city is located geographically.
