I found a hole that leads into a small section underneath the map. This place was located in the "Grotto" near the far back, just before you find the hidden ghost, under the bottom cliff over the ocean, and through the water. Its not much to see, but it should be patched. If you want better directions comment back. If you also found this hole, like this thread so more people can see it. I hope this helps Bungie!!
