Dead Ghost Locations
Found a good guide which shows the location of all the dead ghosts in the beta.

It was hard to tell, but Grotto is an accessible area, but because of the [???] enemies it was hard to find out more. I got in from the refinery end and it was a pain in the @$$ to get through.
