What does the gun upgrade Outlaw mean?!
I have a uncommon scout rifle, and one of the upgrades I can choose is called Outlaw. It doesn't have an explanation besides "Outlaw", has anyone else encountered this, and can they explain what it does?

Modificato da STARSIDE DESTINY: 7/19/2014 12:51:49 PMFrom my experience it alters the reload speed of the gun. I think it's based on doing damage/killing an enemy right before you reload to get the speed boost, but I'm not sure.
