Destiny Beta Facts and Stuff (Beta and Game Spoilers)
I'll update as I play
0. I think this is an amazing game. (Better, Splendid Dust?)
1. You aren't slowed down (much?) when you ADS.
2. There are three slots for Supers, so there are thus three Supers/Focuses.
3. The AI is really good.
4. There is a blue and yellow Ghost skin.
5. Your reserve ammo accommodates what you have to reload (like Mass Effect; not like Halo).
6. So far the story parts aren't actually spoiling anything major.
7. My Guardian has a cool voice. I thought it was Nathan Fillion at first.
8. The amount of detail is incredible.
9. Do not underestimate higher level enemies. Take out the weaker ones first.
10. It seems like there are closed off areas of the Tower.
11. The Moon is a playable location in the Beta. (Possibly not. I'll confirmed later. They might just be showing the map but not allowing us on it.)
12. New Fallen house: House of Kings
13. There's another Warmind, other than Charlemagne. Its name is Rasputin. It's on Earth in the Cosmodrome.
14. You must be level 5 to play in the Crucible.
Ghost locations:
[spoiler]1. Inside the Wall of the Cosmodrome under a pathway
2. Outside the Wall in a large metal tube
3. The upper left part of the Tower on a crate.
4. Hidden amongst the shrubbery in a long open path at the Blind Steppes.
5. House of Kings hideout (Mission: Warmind) in the lockers near the start.
6. In a cave ahead of where you land in Old Russia (the upper cave, not lower cave).
7. Right when you enter the Vanguard area, it's right to your right (lots of "rights" in that sentence).
8. In the Hallowed Ogre's hideout.[/spoiler]

2 RisposteAlso another thing, the speaker has a slightly different ghost than players, the top and bottom where ours is browny orange he has white spikes jutting out. So far its only shown up on my hunter not my warlock or titan though so idk whats up with that

The Crucible is now locked until you get a single character to level 5, but once that happens every subsequent character will have it unlocked after the opening mission.

Did u play in alpha? There has been a lot changed. Also our second subclass is visable wich makes me think they will up the level cap maybe! Also areas that did not have mobs are now populated with plenty that are high level.

1 RispondiWe already knew about the house of kings, at least I did. They were in the Alpha.

I was a little disappointed when I tried to use the touchpad to navigate the menus and it didn't work as in the alpha. Was hoping it would get implemented. I was also hoping for audio sliders so I can tune in game audio chat to be louder and the rest of the game's audio a little quieter. Ah well there's still hope for the final release.

7 RisposteHit max level, Level 8. (Same as Alpha) Moon is NOT a playable location. (As of yet, there is still maitnence on the 21'st-22nd to change that.) Hand Cannons still don't feel great to me. Weapons and enemies are more balanced now than in the Alpha. (Alpha, weapons could spawn for level 8 with a max damage of 106. highest I've seen is aroumd 60 so far in Beta. Also, enemies seem to do more damage.) The Hive Ogre is still there (Toughest enemy from Alpha, level 13. Still there AFAIK.) They cut the "That Wizard came from the Moon!" line from the quest "The Dark Within" ( for those who don't know: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlOYatDYC40 absolutely hysterical) That's all I've seen so far, will update.
