How do I convince someone to give me a second chance?
I've messed up a few times in a friendship with someone. Let my emotions get the better of me. But I really care about her, and she has a good influence on me.
I feel absolutely terrible about what I did. It eats me alive. I can't sleep, I can't eat. I spontaneously start crying. This person is so important to me.
She's very adamant about her rule of "three chances". How can I convince her that I'm worth making an exception for? I've done so much for her and I expect to do so much more for her.

1 RispondiDepending on what occurred you ask for forgiveness. Sometimes that can't be done right away and you need to accept that. If the friendship was strong, odds are it will come back. But it may never be what it was before -- and may not be something you actually need/want after all. I'm writing this from experience.
