That doesn't excuse her for how she acts. She's still responsible of her actions. If she truly can't control herself, then she should leave. This is the internet. She can't go around insulting people all the time, but when she gets insulted, she gets mad about it. That's not how the world works. If your gonna be stupid and insulting, expect it back at you.
