I feel like proximity chat would be an awesome feature, as long as you're out in the world exploring an can still talk to your fireteam the whole time. If you and your fireteam are split up across the map, and I run into one person, it should just be me that hears them, same goes for everyone in the fireteam. (Lol called proximity chat for a reason)
